Yes, and the earlier one takes action, the longer the benefits can accrue. However, if one takes action earlier there may be less information and a higher likelihood of an incorrect decision!

I kind of like Bezos' notion of taking action when you have 70% of the information you'd like to have to make the decision -- provided it's a reversible decision and not a one-way door. https://twitter.com/FoundersPodcast/status/1702654118676894135
